The Original Döner Story in Lebanon

The original Kaco kitchen and vertical döner spits

Kaco Döner’s story began in 2012, with one simple idea: to introduce Lebanon to the authentic Turkish döner experience.

At a time when döner was still unfamiliar to many in Lebanon, Kaco opened its doors and became the first Turkish döner concept in the country. From the beginning, our focus was on doing things differently — quality meat, bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and the unmistakable taste of döner prepared the Kaco way.

Over the years, Kaco became more than a restaurant. It became a name people remembered, a taste they grew up with, and part of Lebanon’s evolving street-food culture.

Today, Kaco is entering a new chapter — with a refreshed identity, new locations, new creations, and the same commitment that started everything back in 2012.

We continue to evolve, but our roots remain the same: great food, generous portions, authentic inspiration, and an experience made to be shared.
